Never judge a book by it's cover

Beauty
They say it is an inside thing,
And that is all that counts.
But then they judge the outside shell,
The points for it amount.

We put on masks to hide the pain,
Of being judged by looks.
For feelings and needs, they matter not,
We're judging them like books.

If someone has a look you like,
You accept them right away.
But if it's worn tatterd, or different, odd,
Then you toss it out, let it lay.

It's only human nature that,

We judge in such way.

To keep only pretty things close,

And throw everything else away.

Ukjendt opprinnelse, tok det ut i frå eit bilete eg fann

Kven hadde trudd at desse skulle bli vinnarar av Britain's Got Talent? Ikkje eg hvertfall
